Every file you upload is encrypted before it is stored and can only be decrypted by you. Our on‑premise AI runs inside the same protected environment, so there is no third‑party data exposure.
You can attach common audio formats like MP3, WAV, OGG, or M4A. If you have an MP4 video, we automatically extract the audio so it can be transcribed.
A generation is one AI‑produced report. Free plans include five per month; paid plans start at fifty.
Click “Forgot Password” on the sign‑in screen, enter the email tied to your account, and we’ll send you a secure reset link that works for 30 minutes.
